Discharge the AC, then reconnect the adaptor again
Check if the power cable is loose or not
Replace the adaptor and try again
Disconnect all the peripherals then try again
Clear the CMOS on the mainboard and try again
If all above methods fail, the main board could be faulty and needs to be replaced
Press F2 to access BIOS. Check whether can you can enter BIOS or not. If you can't enter BIOS, then mainboard is faulty. If you can access the BIOS, then checking following:
Check the information in the BIOS and see if the hard disk is connected
Check if the RAM is working or faulty
Reinstall the OS with the relevant drivers and try again
Replace the HDD cable
Replace the HDD or other storage device
If all above methods fail, the main board could be faulty and needs to be replaced
Reinstall the correct touch driver from the CD provided
Check if the touch controller is working or not
Set the BIOS parameter to the default setting
Check if the touchscreen is faulty
If all above methods fail, the main board could be faulty and needs to be replaced
Access the control panel
Go to Tablet PC settings
Click the Setup button
Follow the prompts to touch the operating screen to identify as the touch display
Set the BIOS parameters to the default setting
Check whether RAM is faulty or not
Replace the main operating display cable (LVDS cable)
If all above methods fail, the main board could be faulty and needs to be replaced
Check if the peripheral driver is corresponding or not
Check the port setting to see if it is correct or if there is a conflict
Reconnect the peripheral device

If all above methods fail, the peripheral module could be faulty and needs to be replaced
Check if the VFD driver (such as OPOS) is corresponding or not
Check the VFD COM port setting (voltage need set to 5V; The COM port and baud rate needs to be set as per the user manual ) to see if it is correct or if there is a conflict
Reconnect the peripheral device

If all above methods fail, the peripheral module could be faulty and needs to be replaced
Check if the card works or not
Check if the MSR driver is corresponding or not
Check the MSR driver setting to see if it is correct or if there is a conflict

Check if the RFID card is corresponding type or not (M1or MCPU type, 13.56Mhz)

Check if the cash drawer is 24V or not
Check if the cash drawer driver is corresponding or not

If all above methods fail, the peripheral module could be faulty and needs to be replaced
Check if the Wi-Fi module is installed correctly or not
Check if the Wi-Fi module driver is corresponding or not
Check the Wi-Fi module antenna is connected well or not
Reconnect the peripheral device

If all above methods fail, the peripheral module could be faulty and needs to be replaced
Check if the printer module is installed correctly or not
Check if the printer module driver is corresponding or not
Check the printer port settings is correct or not
Power off the printer and press feed button and power button to let it self-test print; if it prints, then printer should be working, if it doesn't print, then printer could be faulty
